I will have a stop in Ubud and am looking for a wetsuit repair kit? Are that any dive shops or the like in Ubud by chance?

I don't think so. Go to Sanur, there are many dive shops. We usually ended up here, but you can call first and see if they carry the equipment / brands / service you want.

For wetsuit repair, I think the go-to place is Sea Gods:

We first went there to get pee zippers on all our wetsuits -- best thing I ever did!

are you going to Ubud from the airport? you will pass through Sanur. There are many shops right on the bypass, try Master Selam or King Scuba for general gear or Sea Gods, as Bill says, for wetsuit stuff
