Do strobes rate a separate subforum?

Bouncing around the UW Photography forum and the various brand subforums, the same strobe questions seem to pop up over and over in various areas. Would it be better to hash these out in a separate and easier to find subforum as "Strobes and Lighting"? What do you think? Lisa? Anybody?
