As others have mentioned, as long as the hose routing is fine, there is no harm in mixing first stages. However, I recommend thinking about the future. Ideally, you would want the same first stage for both a singles and doubles set, so that in case of a problem you can just swap the first stage out. Second stages are not that critical, but for ease of service I would keep it all with the same brand.
