internally I think they use XT60's by the pictures, but externally they don't have any high enough res pix to tell

Not XT60s but good guess.

I'm not sure if there's a "real" name for them, but they're called TRAXXAS connectors.

oh, fwiw, i was going for xt60's based on this picture from the website. Hadn't seen the any of those other wonky connectors

Yeah, let us know. I'm fairly certain that's what they are....but there's so many goofy variations in the world of connectors that there's no way of guaranteeing it.
