I can vouch for the FIT dome diffusers on Inon Z220 & Z240, much more even and softer lighting than the 10Bar version which steal too much light from the strobe. I slip the 4900 degree diffuser between the dome rear and the strobe front and they work very well (remove the threaded screw from the diffuser first).
