We planned to go to Dominica last year, but ended up at St. Lucia because of the hurricane. Now we are thinking about trying again. Fort Young Hotel is open, but I'm wondering how the diving is. We were there many years ago and I loved the island, especially all the topside activities. Has anyone been there post-hurricane? Is the diving worth going?
