Dash Riprock:
By the way, Ive never posted regarding the Dork Divers, and have never joined in on any conversations about it.

In that case- you must see these dive fin heels. For the fashionable lady who wants to head out to a fancy restaurant after that last dive...

TheRedHead:
You guys sit in here and poke all sorts of fun at DIR/GUE/HOG divers, but the DIR forum would find poking fun at dork divers off topic.
Hi Red- You are right, we do poke fun, but mostly at ourselves. If you read them, most of the posts do not make fun of DIR/GUE/HOG divers. In fact, we have some of "those" divers in our ranks. We don't care what you dive as long as you are safe and have fun.
TheRedHead:
Perhaps I'll post of big whine & cheeze about how Dorks have no sense of humor.
And please post away if that is what makes your day. But the thread has been moved to the "appropriate" forum now. You are in our house. Please play nice. Otherwise you harsh our mellow.

So Mike how was Roatan? We are awaiting some details!

I think Red likes it here. We kinda grow on people.

Hard to beat the 80/80 principle - 80 degree water and 80 ft viz. 5 days and 21 dives, most about 50-60 minutes. And got out Saturday ahead of the hurricane evacuees. Yeah, work is a bit hard to concentrate on today.

TheRedHead:
Let your freak flag fly, eh?

This is actually a good idea. Okay, it's a DORK flag, but we don't have one. There's a dive flag- why not a Dork Dive flag? Of course, we have yet to decide on a logo. We could just settle on the dive flag with the white stripe going from top right to bottom left (in other words, backwards) with the words "Dork Diver" written in it.

Yeah, sure, make us all jealous, why doncha.

I dove to 103 in 15 foot vis at 42 degrees this weekend. Take that!

Well, it did dip into the low 80's at 125 ft. The 1/2 mil was almost not enough. Brrrrrrr.
