Fresh peas and fresh broad beans can be considered vegetables or not ?

I mean, eating them is like eating a salad or not ?

The Weight Watchers from around 10 years ago counted peas as a starch, like potato. I don't know what it does now. Beans were counted as a protein. So in other words, where you can have unlimited veggies, peas, corn, beans were not considered veggies.

"Categories" aside, I figure if I'm eating healthy whole fresh foods then I'm doing a great thing for my body
