Had an issue and needed to order 12 ft of new webbing. Try as I might, I couldn't find bare webbing on the website so I picked up the phone. Called in and Erica not only told me where to find what I needed on the site, but helped me get a better shipping option when i placed my order. I've never had anything but great service from Tobin and company!

Evidently the webbing I got from you with my plate 7 years ago or so was defective. It seems to have shrunk... :wink1:
