Safety and fill issues aside, what's everyone finding is the most durable tank paint that is not heat treated? I've got a set of fabers that need to go blue, and I'm considering rustoleum, bedliner, etc.

For dive cylinders, I've been using rattle-can Rust-oleum with primer and clearcoat, but it's not especially durable. Blue is an especially problematic color because of the chemical properties of the pigment.

A marine epoxy would be best, but they're expensive multi-part systems (2-part primer, 2-part paint, and reducer) and fiddly to apply. Interlux Perfection is well known and one of the best -- I've used it and it's very durable. But you're looking at $200 for a small quantity, and it isn't easy to apply.
