I'm used to those numbers being a great dive. Lately we've had less than ten feet vis with temps from 49° to 55° in SoCal.Looks to be around 10-15 ft viz. Area water temps peak at highs 60's. Maybe low 70's in the shallows.
Still a no for me. I know many love the local diving, but it is more about being underwater than seeing marine life.
For me, I like to see marine life. I am also lazy, so low viz, cold water, lots of gear, shore diving..... no thanks.Them's fightin' words

We seem to get to Bonaire more than the other places put together. It's a special island.I'll throw in my vote for Bonaire.
