El Norte?

As Dave pointed out a few years ago, watch Galveston, a strong N wind will indicate high probability of a Norte in Cozumel about 3 days later.

Some of my divers took me up on the option to double up yesterday and today and tomorrow.

Same at 3P, I doubled down for tomorrow.

Where at? I'm originally from that area and I'd be curious to know where. We've just had sub-30 degree temps but no precip so far here in DFW.

League City in Galveston County's north. Very light snowflakes followed by heavier sleet/ice pellets. Ground air temp never got below 37 but the wind is vicious. Back to Cozumel tomorrow according to United's schedule.

I think the problem is that the weather typically moves east.

So weird. This is not the first time that it's snowed on my relatives in Galveston when it's not nearly that cold in New Hampshire. It was T-shirt weather yesterday.
