Electronic copies of Encyclopedia

Let me start by saying I am not looking for a free illegals copy I am looking for somewhere to purchase.

Does anyone know where I can purchase and just download the Encyclopedia of recreational diving? I can find it on Disk but I use a surface and no DVD drives available. Thank you in advance.

The Surface as USB ports, right? Things like these that aren't being kept up in a purely digital form are easiest viewed by spending the $15 on an external DVD-Rom drive.

Make an ISO file of your CD, copy it on the Surface and mount it as a virtual CD unit...
