Unfortunately, nothing too terriblly embarassing has happend to me while in or around scuba gear. I'm sure it will soon...but nothing too bad yet :)

Maybe an auxiliary snorkel? (the Norwegians might get a laugh from "snorkel" that the rest of you won't get)
 
My most embarresing moment was I threw up on my last dive becuase we were in 8 foot swells and the dive master swam right through it. ehhehe sorry stela
