I just had to brag about the perfect conditions we have had on the south side of Oahu the last few days. 100+ feet of visibility, no or very light currents, tons of animals.

Sorry for the picture quality, but I had to prove it!

West side has been great recently, too. Top of the ledge in this shot is around 165' and I'm at 225' or so.

Color me jealous. Last dive in Hilo ( a few weeks ago ), the viz was, well, "goopy". Not awful by Mainland standards, but maybe 20 - 30'.

Goopy. :depressed:

Thanks for posting the pics.... give me something to dream about (to be honest, Hilo diving can be great, but the trades do churn up the water and wreck the viz from time to time).

Best wishes.

We also had epic water last week here on Maui. Don't you love it when it gets like that?
