We purchased Two Tusa BP-2 Travel bags recently for a Cruise, the bags were great until they unloaded the bags, they must have grabbed it by the pull handle instead of the regular handle and ripped the hanndle right out of the aluminum uprights.
The say they will pay to get the bag repaired so my question is, is the bag repairable (can I buy the parts) or do they need to replace the bag?
