I'm 5'10 165-170..my chest is 42", waist is 32". What size would be best. I plan on wearing a 1.5mm top on under it. Thanks

Your best bet, according to the size chart, SCUBAPRO - Wetsuit size chart , is a large, considering your chest size. Make sure you take your 1.5mm top with you when you try it on.
