Excellent Customer Service

    I bought a used Stingray HD housing and camera. The rig is 2008 vintage and I had no manual. This product has been discontinued by L&M for many years and I couldn't get it working right. Contacting L&M yielded some of the most competent and excellent service I have experienced in a long time. Casey at L&M asked for some pictures of the unit I had so he could identify the specific model, since several iterations were made. It was quickly identified and a PDF manual was sent to me, with some verbal answers to my questions. The manual and the help cleared up all the issues and the housing works like a charm.

    Most manufacturers would have simply said "we haven"t made that in years and don't support it any more.
