FILM processing values question

i remember reading here many moons ago, what the EXACT values that KODAK SEA PROCESSING uses to bring back the colour in your U/W "FILM" - that way you could walk up to ANY 1-hour developer and say i would like you to PUSH CYAN blah blah, CUT RED blah blah blah....

but now i can't seem to find those magical numbers and a friend of mine just took like 2 rolls of FILM.... anybody remember the magic?
