Hi,
I just wanted to let everyone know of a new free service I have created at DiveLogs for helping to identify marine species. It is not all encompassing and I know that in some cases it will not meet everyone's needs, but it is something I am hoping to grow and slowly improve and so would also value your feedback.
It is definitiely not a replacement for the wealth of data and information you can find on fishbase, it only has just over 600 species in it at present!
Instead, it is more trying to be a quick and easy way to use common search parameters to identify the more common species we can expect to see.
