Fish identification - Veiled Angelfish?

So I am trying to identify a fish which I believe to be a veiled angelfish but I can find nothing online that looks like this. The wife and I came upon it at Sharks Cove in Oahu this past weekend. It's not a great picture, it's a screen grab from a video, but I have a decent video here:


Any help is greatly appreciated.

Using common names for fish is difficult since they vary so much, but the veiled angelfish with which I am familiar are freshwater amazon fish. I would suggest juvenile pompano as a likely candidate.
