Any thoughts on the best economical focus light for the DC800 pro outfit? To be used while night diving. Don't want the light to show up in the picture when the strobe is used.

Any thoughts?

Best way to mount it?

Thanks

The SLX is a good candidate for you. How many strobes are you using? We have an adapter for the Sea Life arm so you can mount it on your current setup with the additional arm.

Thanks for that. That light looks awesome but out of my price range. Looking for something economical and a way to attach it. using 1 strobe.

thanx

That sounds like a good idea. Could be an economical option. Anyone try this idea out? Does it leave a hot spot in the photo?? Any photo examples?

thanks

The easiest, and most economical is to go with a small AA or AAA light and temp mount on the strobe head with either elastic bands or duct tape. I use a small light when necessary and use tape and it works fine.

As for the hotspot, the strobe is much stronger and will wash out the light no problem! It helps as a guide light, focusing light as well.
