The only focusable led I have seen uses a hemispheric lens. I have not seen such a configuration in a canister light.

HID lights have become "custom" at this point, and I believe you can ask to have one made for you.
 
They use (mostly) fresnell lens because they are light and take minimum space , but they are not optical very accurate .
(it is not something very disturbing under water IMO )

There is a few producers (around 5-6 )
 
Light monkey makes the 32 watt VF LED primary light. I don't believe UWLD has a focusable canister light at the moment.
