Is Halcyon the only company that makes one? Looking at Light Monkey and UWLD, it does not appear that they do.

The only focusable led I have seen uses a hemispheric lens. I have not seen such a configuration in a canister light.
HID lights have become "custom" at this point, and I believe you can ask to have one made for you.

They use (mostly) fresnell lens because they are light and take minimum space , but they are not optical very accurate .

Light monkey makes the 32 watt VF LED primary light. I don't believe UWLD has a focusable canister light at the moment.

MB-Sub made a great one, VB-50, but sadly he shut shop a year or two ago. Awesome light.
Yellowdiving makes one with two focus settings. My buddy dives with it, no complaints, lots of light!
