... usually near sandy bottoms. It's about 3-4 inches in length.

Amblygobius. Looks similar to a Brownbarred Goby. Maybe a Whitebarred Goby. Quite common in aquarium trade.
 
Thank you! I had been photographing Goby's and their companion Shrimp and this one didn't appear to have any companion shrimp.
