Well, I want to practice dynamic apnea, but I really want to learn monofinning. Why? Because A) I need a core workout and B) I looks fun.
But every time I search online, any reference to freediving is a dead link or all about how there’s no one here.
I know I can do it at Dutch Springs (ugggggggh) in the summer, but there’s no bloody community here at all? Someone mentioned an underwater rugby league and I emailed them about it but haven’t heard back.
I’m just looking for folks I can buddy with for practice. (And a pool that actually allows apnea swimming)
