I'm on holiday in Sharm el sheikh and my galaxy light is refusing to turn back on. It worked for a short time on the first dive but then refused to come on. I have recharged the battery but there did look to be a tiny bit of condensation inside which quickly disappeared which I find surprising as I had greased the o rings and assembled it in the room before I went to dive.
Is there anywhere in Sharm I can take it for repair?
Also the Edge camera screen sometimes goes blank but lit up and I have no control. I have to hold the power button in for ages when this happens just to get it to shut down? When I start it up again it's ok for a while but just does this weird thing occasionally?

Steve,

Intova sold the lighting division. It is now known as Tovatec. I have sent you a Private Message regarding the Galaxy Light.

Thanks,
Joseph

SteveA: My sport HD II has a small recess(hole) for hard reset alongside the chip slot accessed with tool like a paper clip, and used to "tweak the program". Perhaps that will work for you.
