Question for those using the current 1/4" bungee hole design -

Would 3/16" or 1/8" holes be better?

Another pair of holes?

I find the 1/4 a bit thick. At least the bungee I have doesn't stretch easily. My feedback would be 1/8 as it would likely have better flexibility and stretch. My 1/4 bungee even doesn't like to fit in the case because it acts like a solid price rather than easily bending.

Will change the design to use 1/8" bungee.

Will get some quotes next week.

I am interested as well - could you let me know cost for 2 computers? thank you

@guruboy are you using 3dhubs or some other site for ordering them?

I'm waiting on the new design from my friend. I don't have the 3D modeling tool software.

Yes, I use 3dhubs.

Is there supposed to be a structural benefit to the acetone bath or is it appearance only?

I think it's only cosmetic. I plan to print the new ones with a finer thread (or whatever it's called) so it probably won't need the bath.

Sorry for the delay. New model is in and I submitted it for quotes today.

Should have them available soon.
