Is anything more frustrating than a dead dive computer? I guess many things are but this just really grinds on me. Last day of my warm water trip, turn my computer on to check tank pressure (first dive of the day), and "Service Mode; Error 3".
As soon as I got back to my room I started googling what this error might be. It isn't in the manual and other than a thread here which simply says "Unfortunately this means you need to bring the computer to your LDS for inspection and probably back to SCUBAPRO TSD" there is no info. I asked ScubaPro, through their webpage, what this error meant but that was on Nov 7th; no response. The computer was sent to ScubaPro via my LDS 3 weeks ago but they haven't heard anything either.
So, now I'm hoping for some expert help. Anyone come across this error before, or have a way to get any answers from ScubaPro? I've loved this computer and all my other ScubaPro gear but am really worried about their customer support.
