Going to aruba in june and july

We are going to Aruba in June and July. What is the best dive place that gives very good personal service. I am used to small dive places where sometimes I have been the only diver or maybe 2 - 4. Is there any place like this and if not what else do you recommend.

I believe the summer is considered the low season in Aruba. So, the dive ops should be less crowded. Talking with the local guys, I was told that viz is at its best during the summer.

Red Sail and personal service are probably two different concepts... However, some of the local DMs working there were great and after just a few dives, we were on a first name basis. On top of it, I really wanted Nitrox because I was doing repetitive dives. They were the only ones offering this at the time.
