Good operator for newbie and advanced diver in Islamorada?

Thinking about a trip with a new buddy to the Keys. I've been diving with Silent World many times and would do some dives with them again. But I'd like to branch out a bit and go further west. I see lots of recommendations for Conch Republic, but it looks like their range overlaps with SW, so I was thinking further west to Islamorada. My buddy will be a very new diver (<20 dives) so I'd like something that suits us both if possible.

Suggestions?

I would second the recommendations for Conch Republic. If they are booked or not going where you want to go there is Florida Keys Dive Center a half mile down the road that will do just as well. Those are the ops I dove that far south in the Keys beyond that I cannot be of much help.

Conch Republic is a great operation. You can't go wrong diving with them.

Conch Republic. Gary and Brenda are run a great operation. They are my first choice down that way be it reefs and full tec. dives on some of the wrecks. ​
