I don't know if your brother has left yet, but I just joined so this is the first I've seen it.
I just got back from Sydney in July from about a year trip. I dived with Dive Centre Manly, and found that to be a great dive shop. I had all my certifications through Rescue with them. Tricky is the shop owner, and if your brother goes by, tell him Robin sent him.
