I like the old Ikelite N5 for the small size and hand strap, but it is not the best if you want to mount a light or anything else.
 
I use 1080p 60fps wide. I also use two archon D11V video lights. I use no filters. I do some color tweaking in GoPro Studio. Here's a video I shot recently that highlights how light brings up color without the use of filters. See the sequence that starts at time stamp 4:40:
