    I ordered a new pair of BioFins with spring straps for my wife late last night. I also ordered a replacement set of rubber straps for an older pair of Biofins that I have. Got a call today just to verify my order was correct and I hadn't accidentally ordered a wrong set of spare straps before they shipped my order out. It's nice to see people taking a few extra moments to verify things are correct and possibly saving a bunch of time and frustration in the long run.
