    When I suffered inner ear barotrauma, I had just ordered some gear from Deep6Gear. With complete hearing loss in one ear and a poor prognosis from ENT, my future in diving was questionable to say the least. I emailed Deep6Gear asking whether, under the circumstances, I could return the unopened order for a refund. Not only did I get a quick positive response, but I also got a telephone call from Landon, who was in London (as in England). We had a long chat about mutual professional interests, and I did get the refund. Thanks Landon and Chris!
