this one---common & scientific names would be helpful....Shot @ Freeport, Bahamas a couple weeks ago @ his/her:) cleaning station.....TIA........

Probably a Red Hind, E. guttata
 
Not a Tiger Grouper, they have nine brownish diagonal bars on their backs. Could be a Graysby. they have pale or dark spots along the base of the dorsal fin. Nice picture of the fish.
 
i vote for tiger. heavy lips. the second pic shows the dark bar behind the eye

a grasby has spots and a rounded tail fin.
red hind has a black margin on rear fin.
