Guardian ffm push to talk not working

When I power buddy phone up it goes through the intro telling me what frequency what channels and volume but then if I try to adjust anything by pressing three times and holding on the third I get nothing. But I do hear the transmission of my buddy's ffm anybody have any ideas

Sounds like your push to talk button. It uses a magnetic reed switch. Have you contacted the service department at OTS? Talk to Craig or Dennis there, they'll take care of you.
