It's an explorer wing of some variety. Either 40 or 65lbs more than likely *fill with water and weigh to check*. No telling on the year. Guessing early 2000's but it's a shot from the hip. @PfcAJ MIGHT be able to narrow it down a bit more. I can't remember if that is one of Halcyon's old logos, or if it's one of the ones they used for Europe since I think there was a specific one for that market at some point

It’s a very early halcyon wing. Possibly a 70lb explorer model.
