Halcyon or EE Knife Pocket

Hey,
Im looking for a knife when I start NC wreck diving and I think I like the Akona "CoQui" Blunt Tip SS. My questions are:
Is this a good basic knife? Only 22$ from LP I like
Will it fit in the halcyon/Extreme Exposure Knife Pocket? 14.00$
Its for a christmas gift so I dont want a knife that I can't put in a holder on my harness.

I have the Halcyon knife pocket and the "CoQui" blunt tip knife. It's a pretty good setup, but I'm thinking about making myself a knife next time. I would say that you really can't go wrong with it.
