I've seen some excellent suggestions on this thread. I would add to all these goodies that you probably want to invest in a good quality hard case for storing and transporting you camera gear. IMO, a Pelican or Underwater Kinetics case, large enough to hold your housing (with camera inside), strobe(s), arm(s) and tray, silicone and o-rings (in a plastic bag), extra batteries, lanyard/clip stuff, light diffusers/filers, lenses etc etc etc would be one of the best investments you can make.

When you order or purchase the case, make sure (a) it's large enough but not too large; and (b) it comes with a pluckable foam insert.
