Congratulations to Diveheart Executive Director Tinamarie Hernandez for her awesome work with Diveheart partners in Cozumel Mexico and around the country as they came together for the tenth Annual International Adaptive Scuba Symposium at the Hotel Cozumel Conference Center. Months of preparation came together as presenters from Duke University Medical Center, Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, Dive Paradise, Diveheart, CRIC Rehabilitation Center, Rotarians from Cozumel and Local Government Officials presented on everything from the history and benefits of Adaptive Scuba to how people with disabilities can help become good stewards of the environment.
