HEAT Gloves / HEAT Hood

Whites seems to offer a package which includes
• HEAT 3mm or 5mm 5 finger gloves
• HEAT Zip or Non Zip hood
These seem to come in different sizes and honestly I have no idea how to choose a size.
Do people have experience with these gloves/hoods?

I realized I put out a bit of a vague question
I don't know what measurements are used for head/hands, but
head circumference: 59cm
hand tip of thumb to tip of ring finger: abt 20cm
hand width at knuckles: 9cm

I was hoping someone who has a these gloves or hood and is happy with it could let us know which size you chose to provide some reference!

Sorry for the late response to your post. After checking the measurements that you have provided I would recommend a size large for both the hood and the gloves.
