Its time to replace the seals on my fusion. So I need a heat gun. Went into town the other day & had a look through a couple of hardware stores. They had several, but they seem to be for paint striping & I thought they seemed a bit extreme for the job.

Before I get one, I thought I'd ask here what others have used to heat & remove the original seals & the heat tape that DRIS now supply for the replacements.

PS. Are the original style seals, the ones with the heat activated glue, still available?

Wagner makes a great heat gun with digital temperature control and two speeds.
Temperature control is VERY important, to hot and you will melt it all to hell. To cold and it just tears.
