    First, this Forum is great. Whoever created it, genius. My name is Jeff. Certified NAUI in ‘82. Been away for 15 years. Revived myself last fall with PADI AOW. This site will be an indispensable resource.

    Welcome to SB. There are threads somewhere on it's creation. In 2000 I believe, by King Neptune & Lady Diver, who haven't been active since before I joined in '07.
