I have a liveaboard scheduled in the Philippines aboard the Dolphin mid June to Tubbataha. Anyone else out there having problems switching dates? Even if international and domestic flights open up there, we have to worry a sudden closure and not being able to get home, not to mention booted from your hotel room.
No word back from the operator and Liveaboard.com keeps saying it's up to the operator.
