I'm Jerry, French tekkie newly arrived in San Francisco, from Paris.
CMAS 3* and TDI Trimix certified, I'm looking for contacts, friends and advices, as I don't want to stop diving during my stay in the Bay area !

breakwater scuba is a tdi shop, so you might meet some people through them. you will need a car to go up to the north bay or south to monterey/carmel. else can fly out of sfo or volunteer at the cal academy if you have a flexible schedule. baue is the most active local group of tech divers, but you would have to talk to them about joining their dives.

Lies. I'm headed to Mexico with a sidemount rig and a wetsuit. I can't bring the scooter though.

In addition to Breakwater Scuba, a few local shops who fill helium and cater to tech divers are Any Water Sports, Diver Dans (both south bay), and Bamboo Reef (Monterey, with a small presence in SF as well).
