Welcome!!
I also have worse than bad spelling. Here's a great free spell checker that, when you're done writing your post, you just right click and it corrects your spelling.

i think you may be right it seems there are a few of us out there(quote you must be mad and have a death wish)-my local dive club told me the other week!! hay ho i dont dive with them anyway!!
im new to breathers only a year or so but seem to spend an unhealthy amount of time reading or playing with them im quite lucky as i've got a good workshop -milling mashines and lathes so it makes thing a lot cheaper!
i come from the middlands,,a place called kettering in northamptonshire thats about as far as i can get from the sea here in the uk but still manage to get wet most weeks.
where are your good self?
i was reading though the RB forum and came across some familier names on there, i see dave sutton some times visits here!

best regards john routley(narked at 90)

I live in So Ca-- about an hour or so from ocean. I would never go to work if I had a Mill--wife knows this as well, sorry to say.
Sutton or someone that claims he is him checks in sometimes- his lil shop is still up and running. Talk to you soon!

Later~

Interesting nickname. Would love to hear that story.

You are going to be so glad you found this board. I have been diving for 15 years, yet have learned so much in the short time I have been on SB.

Welcome to SB!

Hi John
Sounds great to me so long as you don't mind an enthusiastic newbie down with you. Not too deep is cool. Where do you UK dive? I'm thinking Midlands and not a great deal springs to mind. But I am keen to get out in Uk water.
As to the partying and burning out, well I'm older than you but I still manage the odd night!! :eyebrow:
Richard
