P5270028 almost certainly is a sharpnose puffer (Canthigaster rostrata).

It could not be a boxfish (Ostracion) of any type.

P5280064 is obviously a catfish, probably of the genus Rhamdia.

Good guess.

Too bad the hallmark doral fin cannot be seen.

divebrasil:
Thanks everybody.
Sometimes I know the name we call them in portuguese, sometimes in english, it's complicated. I knew the catfish we call BAGRE in portuguese, but I forgot about catfish.

I am not so convinced the P5270028 is a puffer. Couldn't it be a box fish?

Thanks again

In Portuguese we call both boxfish and puffers "baiacu" in the common names. A bit confusing, but that's how common names are.

divebrasil: a few linguistic linkages to help you out :)

Atlantic Porkfish = "Salema"
Red lip blenny = "Punaru"
Sharpnose puffer = "Baiacu"
Jolthead porgy = "Pargo-pena"
If the one with the yellow back is a Poecilia, then = "Barrigudinha"
Catfish = "Bagre"

The nudis I don't know. (The look sort of like Jorunna funebris, but those aren't found in Atlantic waters, that I know of.)

Which is why I endeavor to use Latin names whenever possible, e.g., Canthigaster & Ostracion.
