New to diving, thinking about renting a car and going to Cabo Pulmo for a few days. Any advise on the area would be appreciated! If you're here, let's go for a beer!

I guess just a couple of things you may or may not know.

You'll need cash, pesos or US $. Only one restaurant takes credit cards.

The last part of the road can be rough and muddy with standing water after a rain. Suggest you rent an SUV.
 
Welcome from a Canadian guy who's been to Cabo. Sorry no advice as it was before I was a diver. Chileno Beach is nice though.
