Hey Guys

I have some new reels that I want to show you. But, first, I want to thank all of you for your support. Thanks guys (and gals)!!

I have come a long way since launching MAKO Spearguns several years ago. Since then, I have established manufacturing agreements with many of the exact same factories that are also used by my most well respected competitors.

In doing so, I can consistently provide the highest quality products. And because I sell direct to divers, instead of through dive shops and distributors, my prices on these high quality products are often much lower.

So, again, thanks to all of you for your support. I’m totally stoked and totally blessed to be part of this freedive community.

Now, on to my new reels….

I call them the MAKO Spearguns Pro Series Reels because they are totally designed and built for the most demanding spearfishermen.

They have a TOTALLY UP-ARMORED DRAG SYSTEM which is crucial for hunting big fish.

Once mounted, the rapid on/off design means you can put it on and take it off whenever you want. Quickly and Easily…No tools required and includes mounting plate so you can easily mount this reel to any wood or pipe gun.

Starting at only $35.95 they are available in 4 different sizes, ranging from 30m (of 2.0mm line) to 100m (of 2.0mm line), and are available with or without line.

Well, thanks for taking time to read this guys and thank you very much for your support.

Dive safe,

We have been updating our reel page and just added a photo of the underside of the reel.

As shown, this reel has a stainless steel, dovetail mounting bracket which is an improvement over our previous models.

Dive Safe!
