Hog Classic deflector pad glue

What kind of glue is used for the Classic deflector pad?

The flap in front of the mouthpiece opening.

I've got one with, and one without. The one with the vane (older?) looks like it may be glued into a little track, but I'm too tired to **** with it now. Depending on the case, some have the vane and some don't.

There's a drop of glue or something at the end of it

Found out this part is only used in the 2nd stage bodies with the old exhaust port design.

It is not needed in the updated 2nd stage body.
